Domestic Shipping: You must order a minimum of 50 stems or 10 bunches to be eligible for shipping at this time. Shipping charges will be calculated and billed separately from your flower order and must be paid prior to shipment of your order. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of international shipping please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return the flowers I purchased?
All sales of flowers are final. If there are issues upon arrival you can reach out to email@example.com.
My flowers arrived damaged | were not delivered | were lost | were stolen from my doorstep. Is this something you can help with?
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We work hard to package each order with care in appropriate packing materials so that it arrives undamaged.
Lost/Stolen Package: If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
